Timing Chain Replacement

We replaced this timing chain due to excessive wear and stretch, which can throw off engine timing and lead to poor performance, misfires, or even major engine damage if left unchecked.

Common symptoms that led to this service:

Rattling noise at startup or idle
Check engine light with timing-related codes
Loss of power or rough running

A new timing chain restores reliable engine operation and prevents far more costly repairs down the road.

Oil Pan Leak Repair – RTV & Upper Seal Replacement

This vehicle came in with an oil leak traced back to the oil pan. Over time, RTV and upper seals break down under heat and pressure, leading to slow leaks or visible drips.

Why we replaced the seals:

Fresh oil seepage visible around the oil pan
RTV sealant had degraded and was no longer sealing
Upper oil pan gasket was worn and leaking under pressure

We removed the pan, cleaned both mating surfaces, and resealed everything with fresh RTV and a new upper gasket.

Bent Axle Replacement – Rear Tire Impact

This axle was replaced after a direct hit to the rear tire caused visible damage and drivability issues. Impacts like this bend the axle shaft, leading to vibrations, alignment problems, and uneven tire wear.

What led to the replacement:

Rear tire sustained a hard hit
Noticeable vibration and wobble at speed
Rear wheel showed signs of misalignment

We removed the damaged axle, inspected the hub and suspension components, and installed a new axle to restore safe and smooth operation.
